Travel with Indigo

Well, our plan to leave Puerto Williams about 2PM today has been abandoned.  The delay is due to Chilean bureaucracy: the immigration process here is very, very slow.  Now it turns out that they want us to tell them exactly when and where we are planning to go in Chilean waters.  Apparently they will be watching us the whole way and who knows what they will do if we stray, even slightly?  We were hoping to return to Ushuaia, a more interesting town, for a few days, to let the crew have some time off but it looks like we will have to stay here another night.  Not fun.
